Closure of Roger Dean and McNair Wilson Innes - Orpington and Biggin Hill

The solicitor’s practice of Roger Dean & Co and McNair Wilson Innes & Co of 134a Main Road, Biggin Hill, Westerham, TN16 3BA and 423-425 Crofton Road, Orpington, BR6 8NL has been closed down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). This happened on 12 January 2022.

What does this mean for existing clients?

As a result of the SRA action, Roger Dean & Co and McNair Wilson Innes & Co can no longer act for its clients. If you were a client with an on-going matter, you will need to find a new solicitor to complete it for you.
