Recent Highlights

Steve acted on behalf of a developer in the purchase of a listed building in Bromley Town Centre on an unconditional basis. The project involved all usual due diligence in respect to the purchase of a town centre property and the negotiation of a Joint Venture and Loan Agreement.

Steve also recently acted on behalf of developers in obtaining funding for the development of a 17 storey tower block in Bromley Town Centre on land already acquired by the client. The project involved dealing with the bank’s solicitors and negotiating terms of a Facility Letter and complying with the lender’s requirements for a £9m facility.

Steve also acted on behalf of a developer in the acquisition and immediate sale on to a housing association of a site with the benefit of planning consent for the construction of 132 flats, including negotiating with the Seller’s Solicitors and the Housing Association’s Solicitors and agreeing the form of Build Contract to be entered into by our client.  The project included the requirement to release rights over the site from third parties and utility companies.

Steve is a member and joint partner of the South East Property Network.
