Robert Davis

Robert has more than 25 years experience of debt recovery operations at Judge & Priestley, with a particular focus and expertise in insurance, financial and general commercial debt types and strategies. Robert is a non-solicitor Partner, working for Judge & Priestley Credit Solutions.

Experience

Robert has dealt with a number of leading insurance companies in the recovery of their subrogated losses and assisting their policy holders with their uninsured losses.

Robert has considerable experience in operational procedures and the management of complex collection and recovery strategies. This has seen him heavily involved in leading the development of our in-house case management system VisualFiles and the delivery of bespoke integration solutions, embedding J&P CS systems with the internal systems and work flows of major clients.

Robert was made a Partner of Judge & Priestley LLP in 2016.

Recent Highlights

Robert has been heavily involved in the development and implementation of state of the art technology systems, to significantly enhance the volume collections capacity at J&P CS and the technical on-boarding of several major new national utility sector clients.

Outside of Work

Robert is a FA level 2 qualified football coach and has set up a club and is Manager of a separate team.

Robert enjoys a range of sport as well as going to the gym, walking his dogs and cycling. Robert has completed a four day cycle ride from London to Paris in aid of Macmillan Cancer Research.
