Kavitha Rajah

Kavitha studied at Liverpool University and graduated with an honours degree in Law in 1996.

Experience

She attended Chester Law College and qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and was articled to Leslie Trevor of Burtons Solicitors.

Kavitha began her career at Tinklin Springall Solicitors where she gained valuable experience and became a partner in Residential conveyancing.

Kavitha then joined Thackray Williams as a partner in 2007 and in 2008 she started her own practise in Shortlands, which she successfully managed providing legal services to her clients. She then merged with another firm based in Crystal palace where she ran their Bromley office.

Kavitha joined Judge & Priestley as a partner in 2019 to enable her to fulfil her ambitions.

Kavitha is experienced in all aspects of freehold and leasehold conveyancing, pre-auction advice and review of Legal Packs, re-mortgages, transfers of equity transactions, and lease extensions by agreement.
