Christopher Mills

Christopher qualified in August 2020 and is a Partner within Judge & Priestley’s Private Client department.

Experience

Christopher specialises in Wealth and Succession Planning and has experience of assisting high-net-worth individuals, trustees and executors on a range of complex matters, including those with an international element.

Christopher can assist with the following:

• Preparing Wills

• Obtaining Probate and administering the estates of deceased individuals in accordance with their Will (or, if they did not leave a Will, the intestacy rules)

• Advising on lifetime and post-death estate planning, including the creation of trusts

• Assisting with the administration of trusts

• Advising on tax compliance and efficiency within the contexts of Wills, trusts and the probate process

Education

Chris holds a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Music from the University of Nottingham. He later achieved Distinction in both his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and MSc in Law, Business and Management. 

Outside of work

In his spare time, Chris enjoys hiking in the countryside, playing racquet sports and indulging his interest in music, books and films.
