Cristiana is a Solicitor in Judge & Priestley’s Leasehold Enfranchisement team.

Experience

Cristiana joined Judge & Priestley in June 2025, bringing over six years of experience in residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. She qualified as a Solicitor in June 2023 after completing her BA (Hons) in Law and the Legal Practice Course.

Prior to joining the Leasehold Enfranchisement team, Cristiana gained valuable experience advising on a range of statutory and non-statutory matters, such as lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, freehold acquisitions, rights of first refusal and right to manage claims.

Cristiana is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) and is committed to delivering clear, practical advice in what can often be a complex and technical area of law.

Outside of work

Cristiana is a keen traveller and will have visited 50 countries by the end of 2025. When at home, she enjoys long walks in nature, watching documentaries and spending time with family and friends.
