Insurance Claims Handler: Bromley office

To receive new instructions from our Insurer clients relating to road traffic accidents with the aim of recovering money and exceeding individual and team targets. You must have the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly, including software and Court procedures. No specific Insurance or legal experience is necessary as full training and support will be provided.

You will work in a friendly and supportive team with a manager who takes a real interest in your development and fosters a supportive and ambitious working environment. You need to have 5+ years post-qualification experience and STEP qualification is preferable. You aim to be an expert in your field in the technical sense and are very knowledgeable in probate matters but also enjoy networking and attending business development events.

Account manager- Pre-litigation collections: Bromley

To support the Collections Performance Manager in the recovery money on behalf of corporate clients in line with service level agreements. Previous experience of using case management systems and working in a call centre environment. Educated to GCSE standard  grade A-C in Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
