Conveyancer - Residential Conveyancing

We are recruiting for a Conveyancer to join our Residential Conveyancing department. You will provide clients with accurate, appropriate and up-to-date legal advice, including the following types of fee earning work such as sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant transactions including granting and taking leases, acting for lenders and borrowers. Educated at A Level standard or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years’  experience as a fee earner in a conveyancing department managing your own caseload

Admin Assistant - Residential Conveyancing x 2

We are recruiting for two Admin Assistants to join our Residential Conveyancing department. You will be assisting the conveyancing solicitors in carrying out pre-exchange processes, for example drafting documents, undertaking searches, completing registrations and issuing documents to relevant parties. Educated to GCSE standard grade A-C in Mathematics and English.

Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing

We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing department. You will be assisting with  post-exchange and post-completion matters, such as sending out all the appropriate exchange letters, drafting completion statements, carrying out priority and bankruptcy searches, ordering mortgage money, ordering redemption figures, ensuring clients sign any relevant documentation. At least 2 years’ experience of working with post-exchange and post-completion as a paralegal within a busy Residential Property department.

Trainee Solicitor – Property Litigation

We are recruiting for a Trainee Solicitor to join our Property Litigation department. You will be assisting with the provision of legal services and the giving of legal advice to clients of the firm, through the undertaking of a variety of technical and administrative tasks as directed and under close supervision.
