Enforcement of Orders

If you already have a court order, but your former partner, or parent to your child, is not complying with it, you can apply to the court to enforce that order.

This applies for both orders relating to children and finances if that order has been made in England and Wales.

When families move internationally, whether that is by agreement or with the permission of the court, it is important that those orders made  by another jurisdiction are recognised and enforceable in England and Wales. Our solicitors are able to advise you as to the potential recognition and enforceability of a foreign order in England and Wales and the process to achieve this.

If you would like to discuss this matter with one of our specialist solicitors, please contact us on 020 8290 7341 or 020 8290 0333 to make an appointment.
