Margot has worked as a residential conveyancer in South East London for over 20 years and previously for 4 years in Central London, dealing with commercial secured lending. Margot specialises in all types of residential property transactions including:

• Buying and selling freehold and leasehold residential property
• Dealing with registered and unregistered titles
• Mortgages, including institutional lenders and private mortgages
• Lease term extensions, variations and new leases
