Sarah Richardson

Sarah joined Judge & Priestley in June 2025 as a Consultant Solicitor in the London Property team.

Experience

Sarah trained in central London, where she qualified as a solicitor in March 2013. She then joined a central London firm in July 2019.

Sarah specialises in real estate transactions, working in both commercial and residential property. She works regularly with banks, company landlord and tenants, foreign investors and high net worth individuals across a broad range of both freehold and leasehold property matters.

She particularly enjoys developing lasting partnerships with her existing client base but also likes to build friendly working relationships with new clients. It is essential her clients feel comfortable and confident from the start of any transaction and know that they can pick up the telephone and ask questions at any time.

Outside of work

Sarah likes to attend the theatre, live music events, art exhibitions and the pub. She had been learning the mandolin for many years but having shown little promise of success, has recently started to learn the piano instead. She doesn’t like to play sports unless badminton or table tennis, and then only against people she can realistically beat.
