Ruth Adeyele

Ruth joined Judge & Priestley in April 2019 and currently works as a paralegal in the Residential Property Department

Experience

Ruth is a Conveyancing Paralegal with a Bachelor of Law Honours LLB (Hons) degree. She has had previous experience working with a number of Residential Conveyancing matters in a small firm in Ipswich before joining Judge and Priestley.

She deals with mortgage lenders, estate agents, solicitors and her clients on a day-to-day basis which she enjoys doing. Ruth deals with buying and selling of Freehold and Leasehold properties, New-Build Properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Help to Buy ISA's, shared ownership and Listed Properties.

Ruth enjoys being faced with challenging tasks which allow her to pay particular attention to detail while focusing on delivering an effective outcome for the clients. Ruth's aim is to become a qualified Charted Legal Executive upon completion of her Cilex Graduate Fast Track Diploma.

Outside of Work

Ruth enjoys photography, travelling and working out at the gym.
