Patricia Lobo del Castillo

Associate Solicitor

Patricia re-joined Judge & Priestley in August 2025 as an Associate Solicitor in the Housing department, having previously worked at the firm in 2020. She qualified as a Registered European Lawyer in 2017 and as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2021.

Experience

Patricia has substantial experience in housing and landlord and tenant litigation, having specialised in these areas since qualifying in the UK. She has acted in both landlord- and tenant-based matters, giving her a well-rounded perspective.

Environmental Protection Act (EPA) claims
Injunctions
Possession proceedings
Anti-social behaviour (ASB) claims
Landlord and tenant disputes

Patricia has also held managerial positions in both estate agencies and law firms, further strengthening her practical understanding of the property sector.
