Paul Stevens


Paul is a Partner with 25 years experience, who specialises in Employment Law and other aspects of private litigation and dispute resolution, including contentious probate.



Paul has a focus on assisting clients with the full range of employment issues affecting organisations including transfer of undertakings, collective redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination and terms and conditions of contracts and restructuring.


Paul advises employees on a wide range of issues including termination of employment contracts, compromise agreements, grievances and disciplinary actions, unfair dismissal claims, equality issues and harassment or bullying.

Paul joined Judge & Priestley in 2008 following the merger of Wallis and Co.

Recent Highlights

Paul successfully contested a probate overpayment of inheritance, where he disputed a will with a value of £200,000.

Paul also acted for a professional in a discrimination and unfair dismissal claim.

Outside of work

Paul has a keen interest in history. During his spare time Paul enjoys cooking, reading and swimming.
