Mitchell Griver

Mitchell joined Judge & Priestley in June 2025 as a Partner in the London Property team.

Experience

Mitchell graduated from the University of Manchester in 1981 and joined a central London firm as a (then) articled clerk in 1982, qualifying in 1984. He became a partner in 1987.

Throughout his professional journey, Mitchell has specialised in all aspects of property but, in recent years, has dealt primarily with commercial property and acts on several large property portfolios. He has developed expertise in commercial landlord and tenant matters. In particular, he acts on large multi-let office buildings, often in relation to the grant of high-value leases. Mitchell acts for corporate, private and pension fund investors. He also acts in substantial residential property transactions.

Outside of work

Mitchell is married with two children and, in any remaining spare time, enjoys travelling, skiing, running, cinema, music, reading and Everton Football Club.
