Solicitor

Hannah joined Judge & Priestley as a Paralegal in July 2017 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Private Client Department in August 2020.

Experience

Hannah graduated from the University of Surrey in June 2016 having completed a degree in Law. Hannah subsequently attended the University of Law to complete her Legal Practice Course and graduated with a Masters in Professional Legal Practice in 2017 having obtained a Distinction. After joining Judge & Priestley as a Paralegal in 2017, Hannah began her Training Contract in August 2018 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Private Client Department in August 2020.

Hannah currently manages her own caseload and also assists the head of the Private Client Department in acting for high net-worth clients, with a particular emphasis on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probates, Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts and elderly client services.

Hannah has previous experience working as a Paralegal with a firm specialising in all aspects of Mental Health Law. Her experience includes providing advice to clients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983, drafting legal documents, attending Mental Health Tribunals and Care Programme Approach meetings to represent clients.

Outside of work

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys travelling, swimming, baking and keeping fit and most notably completed the 2015 London Marathon, raising £1,000 for Asthma UK.
