David Harris

David joined Judge & Priestley in August 2024 as a Senior Chartered Legal Executive in the Private Client department.

Experience

David qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2010, having completed both the ILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and the ILEX Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law. He is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), holding both the Foundation Certificate and the STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts and Estates).

David has extensive experience in helping clients with all aspects of estate planning and administration, including:

• Preparing Wills
• Obtaining probate and administering estates in accordance with a Will or the intestacy rules
• Advising on lifetime and post-death estate planning, including the creation of trusts
• Advising on tax compliance and efficiency in relation to Wills, trusts and the probate process

Outside of work

David has four children who keep him busy. When he has time, he enjoys films, model making and reading.
