Decodie Fisher
Decodie joined Judge & Priestley in March 2024 and works as a Trainee Solicitor in the Housing Management team.
Experience
Decodie graduated with First Class Honours in Politics and International Relations from the University of Westminster before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at the University of Law, where she achieved a commendation. She went on to achieve a distinction in the Legal Practice Course alongside an MSc in Law, Business and Management.
Before joining J&P, Decodie worked at a firm specialising in Civil Rights and Judicial Reviews. At J&P, she initially supported fee earners as Housing Litigation Paralegal before moving into her trainee role in Housing Management in September 2025, where she is gaining valuable experience acting for landlords in housing disrepair cases and a wide range of housing management matters.
Outside of work
Decodie enjoys baking, reading, spending time with family and learning new skills, such as sign language. She has also completed a course in Civil and Commercial Mediation.
