David Baker

David joined Judge & Priestley in June 2025 as a Partner in the London Property team.

Experience

After graduating with a master’s degree in Business from Trinity College, Dublin, David qualified as a solicitor in London in 1983. He joined a central London firm in 1993, where he became a partner, having practised in the City of London and in his own firm.

Over the years, he has been involved in many areas of law, including company and commercial litigation, and now specialises in residential property. David acts for a number of developers, end-users, property investors, banks and offshore clients.

Outside of work

He is married with one daughter and is interested in all sports, having played rugby and football up to university level.
