Daniel Tang

Associate Solicitor

Daniel is an award winning solicitor with many years experience of Leasehold law. Daniel currently heads the Leasehold Extension and Enfranchisement department.

Daniel undertook his training at a central London practice in which he worked primarily with residential and commercial property transactions. Since that time Daniel has been a Partner of two separate enterprising law firms, in which he broadened his skill set to a wide range of contentious and non-contentious Landlord and Tenant work.

Throughout his legal career, Daniel has successfully managed complex freehold purchases and contentious property disputes as well as assisting developer clients and those with large portfolios. Daniel also has particular experience in dealing with property management disputes.

Daniel was privileged to win 2018’s “Highly Commended” Regional Professional of the Year Award at News On the Block’s Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards, which is regarded the sector’s primary accolade.

Daniel similarly received the “Highly Commended” Solicitor of the Year award in 2014.

Daniel has written legal articles for publication (News on the Block and FlatLiving Magazine) and has produced online guidance material as a helpful resource for those who may require it.

Daniel’s philosophy is to try to reduce the strain of litigation with a calm, professional and empathetic approach. Daniel firmly believes in the value of being approachable and is skilful in diffusing difficult situations, while at all times endeavouring to reach the best result for his clients.
