Adam King

Adam joined Judge & Priestley in June 2025 as a Partner, and is Head of our London Property Litigation team. 

Experience

Adam represents individuals, developers and property companies in a variety of disputes in relation to commercial and residential land and property, including possession and forfeiture proceedings, service charge disputes, recovery of rent, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, dilapidation claims, neighbour and boundary disputes, breach of covenant disputes, and claims arising in connection with leasehold enfranchisement.

He is also experienced in acting for companies and high net worth individuals in substantial development disputes, claims arising in relation to rights over land (such as easements, restrictive covenants and adverse possession), and ownership disputes.

Adam is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Outside of work

Adam enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching football, and going to the gym.
