We have acted for social landlords for over 25 years on a full range of housing management issues. Our clients include Local Authorities, Registered Providers of social housing and Arms-Length Management Organisations as well as private sector residential landlords.

Our social housing team is headed by Nitika Singh, supported by partner Andrew Barron and consultant Pamela Bachu. Nitika is a Partner with extensive experience in all aspects of housing litigation. Andrew has over 25 years of experience in advising on all aspects of housing and leasehold management law and practice, most recently prior to J&P as in-house Counsel for a large Registered Provider. Pamela has two decades worth of experience in dealing with social housing litigation. Along with all members of the team they are also members of the Social Housing Law Association.
