Theofania Apostolopoulou

Theofania joined Judge & Priestley in June 2025 and works as a Solicitor within the London Property team. She qualified as a Solicitor in May 2020 and is also dual-qualified in Greece.

Experience

Theofania advises on a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions, with particular experience in high-value residential real estate. Prior to joining J&P, she worked at a Mayfair law firm advising high-net-worth domestic and international clients, including acting on the £12 million purchase of a luxury penthouse in Knightsbridge.

As a Greek-qualified lawyer, Theofania has also worked on property transactions in Greece, giving her experience across both common law and civil law jurisdictions. This enables her to provide multi-jurisdictional insight and tailored advice to international clients, particularly those investing in UK property.

Theofania holds a Bachelor of Laws from Democritus University of Thrace, where she ranked first among her graduating cohort, and an LLM in International Business Law from the London School of Economics. She also successfully completed both parts of the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme on her first attempt.

Theofania enjoys exploring London on foot, combining her professional interest in property with a personal passion for architecture and street photography. She also enjoys visiting exhibitions and museums, drawn to London’s multicultural and vibrant character.
