Sarah Rose

Sarah joined Judge & Priestley in February 2023 and is an Associate Solicitor in the Family Department.

Experience

Sarah has been working in the legal sector for over 12 years, working both in boutique firms and at a leading national law firm. Since qualification in 2020, Sarah has practiced exclusively in Family Law advising clients on a wide range of matters including but not limited to divorce and associated financial settlements, separation, cohabitation disputes, child arrangements, and Family Law Act protective injunctions.

Sarah has experience of representing clients at all stages from initial advice to the conclusion of their case, including Court proceedings where needed. Whilst on some occasions Court proceedings are unavoidable, Sarah also considers alternative dispute resolution options in order to best meet the client’s circumstances and to help them to get to the heart of the issue quickly and as sensitively as possible.

Sarah offers an empathetic and caring approach, aiming to guide her clients through the process by listening to their needs and objectives whilst at the same time offering advice that is realistic, pragmatic and efficient. Sarah has been commended by her clients for her calm and friendly approach and her ability to provide clarity in relation to complex matters, for her attention to detail, her ability to offer reassurance, and her excellent communication skills.
