Experience
Sophia is a well-established commercial property solicitor specialising in transactional landlord and tenant law with extensive experience acting for clients across a variety of sectors in relation to the acquisition and disposal of occupational property portfolios, to include leases of land work and all elements of and ancillary to the grant of Business Leases, lease renewals, advising on Heads of Terms, licence for works, assignments, Surrenders, licences, and Rent Deposit Deeds, among others, together with Property Refinancing/Secured lending (for consolidating debts, funding projects or to serve as a cash flow injection).
Sophia also has experience in development work which includes Transfers of Part, Easements, Option Agreements and Residential Property.
Prior to joining J&P, Sophia was the Head of Department for a well-established and respected law firm and is known for her diligent yet robust approach with high level client care and delivery.
Outside of Work
Sophia enjoys travelling, exploring new places and has an interest in health, fitness and wellbeing. When she can find the time, to relax, Sophia likes to read, both fiction and non-fiction books and watching movies.
