Sadie Cunningham

Sadie joined J&P in January 2025 as an Associate Solicitor within the Property Litigation team.

Experience

Sadie qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and gained a strong foundation in Commercial and Property Litigation during her early post-qualification years at a reputable City law firm. She now specialises in Property Litigation, with a particular focus on residential property disputes. Sadie has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of property-related matters, including:

• Service charges
• Disrepair issues
• Possession and eviction proceedings
• Lease and contract interpretation
• Leasehold management disputes
• Neighbour disputes
• Leasehold management of owner-managed buildings and blocks

Sadie holds an LLB from Sussex University and went on to complete her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and an LLM in Professional Legal Practice.

Outside of Work

Sadie is an avid artist and enjoys exploring galleries or sketching urban landscapes around London and other cities.
