Patricia Walters

Patricia re-joined Judge & Priestley in October 2025 as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Housing department, having previously worked with the firm in 2016. She qualified as a Solicitor in May 2008.

Experience

Patricia brings over 17 years of post-qualification experience in residential landlord and tenant law. She has acted for landlords and managing agents across a broad range of housing matters, including:

• Leasehold disputes
• Civil injunctions
• Nuisance and anti-social behaviour claims
• Possession proceedings, including forfeiture
• Defending disrepair claims

Her extensive experience and practical approach enable her to deliver efficient and effective legal solutions within the complex field of housing law.

Qualifications

• LLB Law with French – Upper Second Class Honours
• Legal Practice Course – Commendation

Outside of work

Much of Patricia’s spare time is spent supporting her son as a dedicated “football mum” to an aspiring footballer. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
