Oleg Janas

Oleg joined Judge & Priestley in February 2025 and leads the firm’s Technology, Innovation and Change function.

Experience

Oleg is responsible for technology infrastructure, security, service delivery and vendor strategy across the firm. He focuses on building a stable and scalable technology platform that supports growth, reduces operational risk and enhances the day-to-day experience for staff.

He works closely with senior leadership on technology direction, investment decisions and risk management, combining operational delivery with long-term planning across systems, data and infrastructure. Oleg has experience delivering technology transformation in professional services and global organisations, including cloud adoption, infrastructure modernisation and operating model design.

He has also completed Executive Leadership training at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Outside of work

Oleg is a keen scuba diver and enjoys travelling to remote parts of the world. He also has a strong interest in fine dining and spends time running a home lab to explore new developments in technology.
