Nitika Singh

Partner and Head of Social Housing.

Nitika is a landlord focused housing specialist with extensive experience of dealing with all aspects of housing litigation. Nitika provides a strong leadership to our large and reputed housing team and ensures that her team delivers a consistent high level of service to clients. Majority of Nitika’s clients have worked with her for over 15 years. Nitika is valued by clients for her strategic vision and business acumen in helping clients manage their budgets and legal spend and to provide a steer on sensitive and complex matters. She has proven experience of on-boarding new clients and manages some of our major client contracts with a legal spend in excess of £1 million pa each.

Nitika has been ranked as a “Leading Individual/Lawyer” in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories for the last few years alongside her team.

Nitika is a Board member of the firm and sits on our Executive Committee that is responsible for implementing the Board’s strategy. Nitika is also the co-chair of our DE&I Committee and is passionate about introducing and implementing initiatives to further our DE&I commitment.

Nitika is an avid traveller and she enjoys theatre, reading autobiographies and actively practices yoga and pilates.
