Neil is a partner and head of the Commercial team at Judge & Priestley. Neil has wide ranging experience of advising on company and commercial agreements.
I’ve been using Neil Cuffe since 2009 where he has handled several cases for me. I find Neil a very approachable and hardworking individual. Neil is honest and transparent in his approach and always offers support in many ways.
Experience
Neil’s practical commercial approach arises from his years in commerce. He was Head of Corporate Law for a major South African mining conglomerate and thereafter ran a small cap company in the parking and security industry for a number of years before emigrating to England in 2000.
Neil has both contentious and non-contentious experience in England, having previously been employed at an award-winning niche insurance practice.
Neil joined Judge & Priestley in 2007.

Neil is President of the Bromley and District Law Society and a member of Gray’s Inn.
