Nesrine Bokhamy

Nesrine joined Judge & Priestley in July 2024 and works as a Trainee Solicitor in the Credit Solutions Litigation department.

Experience

Nesrine joined J&P as a Paralegal and was promoted to Trainee Solicitor in May 2025. 

She holds an LLB in International Law and Globalisation from the University of Birmingham (2:1) and went on to complete the LPC with an LLM at BPP University, achieving a distinction.

She works closely with commercial clients to recover debts, advising on the commerciality of their options and whether it is economic to issue proceedings. Her experience includes:

• Reviewing contracts and sending pre-action protocol letters
• Issuing and settling claims
• Drafting claim forms, witness statements, defences and trial bundles
• Advising clients on time-barred debts and limitation issues
• Attending court and in-person mediations
• Assisting senior colleagues with ad-hoc applications and litigation tasks

Nesrine is also a member of J&P’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee.

Outside of work

Nesrine is a self-proclaimed cinephile and bookworm. She also enjoys travelling and learning new languages.
