Mark’s experience covers a wide variety of cases including property disputes, commercial disputes, and professional negligence claims.
Mark has particular expertise in complex leasehold disputes and service charges issues, often involving cases in the Property Chamber and the Upper Tribunal Lands Chamber.

Recent Highlights
Mark represented Camden Council in Lessees of Foundling Court and O’Donnell Court v London Borough of Camden and others concerning S20 consultation, where there is a head lease.
Mark also represented the RTM (Right To Manage) in Francia Properties Ltd v Aristou, where the court considered the interaction of a freeholder’s property rights and the interference with RTM management rights under CLARA 2002.
Outside of Work
Mark has a keen interest in several sports and regularly cycles and plays golf.
