Melina Jenabi

Melina joined Judge & Priestley in September 2022 and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2025. She works within the Property Litigation department.

Experience

Melina obtained a first-class Law degree incorporating the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) from Northumbria University and was awarded the Harmsworth Scholarship from Middle Temple. She also holds an LLM in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University, achieving a distinction, and completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Law with distinction.

Before joining J&P as a Trainee Solicitor, Melina gained valuable litigation experience working as a paralegal at a Magic Circle law firm and other City firms.

Melina now advises on a broad range of civil and property-related disputes, including:

• Commercial contracts
• Lease and contract interpretation
• Leasehold management disputes
• Service charge disputes
• Neighbour, trespass and boundary disputes

She is committed to providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions for her clients.
