Laurence Tsai

Laurence joined Judge & Priestley in February 2021 and currently works as a Solicitor in the Private Client Department.

Experience

Prior to joining Judge & Priestley, Laurence completed the Legal Practice Course with an LLM, in which he earned a distinction.

Laurence has recently assisted with the preparation of Wills that respect and adhere to religious customs and Wills that deal with multi-jurisdictional elements. Laurence aims to ensure that he has resolved any queries or outstanding matters related to a client’s Will to the client’s satisfaction.

Laurence adopts a sensitive and methodical approach on probate matters understanding the specific circumstances of each case when liaising with family members following a bereavement. Laurence assists on the administration of estates which have varying complexity, such as those with an international element and those that have significant tax implications. In all cases, Laurence’s ability to effectively research a point of law allows him to help resolve matters quickly and progress cases.
