Lewis joined Judge & Priestley in December 2024 as an Associate Solicitor within the Residential Property team, specialising in leasehold enfranchisement. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.

Experience

Lewis has over eight years’ experience specialising in leasehold enfranchisement and related statutory procedures. He advises leaseholders and freeholders on a range of enfranchisement matters, including collective enfranchisement claims, lease extensions and other rights arising under leasehold legislation

In addition to his enfranchisement work, Lewis has experience in property litigation, enabling him to provide strategic advice where disputes arise in relation to residential property matters.

Outside of work

Lewis enjoys spending time outdoors with his daughter, particularly visiting places where she can see animals. He also likes early morning runs with his dog and has a keen interest in cricket and Roman history.
