Katy joined Judge & Priestley in October 2024 as a Partner in the Property Development Department.

Experience

With extensive experience in commercial property, Katy specialises in land acquisition and sales for development, bridging and development finance, planning agreements, portfolio refinances, and sales and purchases, including promotion agreements, options, and conditional contracts.

Katy attended the College of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She initially qualified in Commercial Property and became Head of Department at a London firm in 2020. Now, as a Partner at Judge & Priestley, she is dedicated to furthering her expertise in commercial property development and achieving the best results for her clients.
