Kay Barrowman
Kay is a highly regarded Associate Solicitor, with wide ranging experience of both commercial / residential property transactions, and is an expert in leasehold matters.
The team is dedicated to providing a top-level service to its clients.
Experience
Kay acts for a range of clients including local landlords and businesses and a number of the firm’s banking, local authority and housing association clients. Kay has a varied caseload of matters relating to commercial and residential tenancies / properties.
The mainstay of Kay’s current work is the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties; Landlord and Tenant work including 1954 Act Sections 25 and 26 notices, business lease renewals and bank funding.
After graduating from the College of Law, Kay worked in family and property law, before joining Judge & Priestley in 1999, to specialise in Landlord & Tenant work.
