Experience
Jennifer specialises in private wealth disputes and brings extensive experience from a Top 200 firm in Kent. She advises clients across a wide range of contentious private client matters, including:
- Will validity claims
- Disputes between personal representatives and beneficiaries
- Breach of trust claims
- Contentious Court of Protection matters
- Challenges to lifetime transactions on the grounds of lack of capacity or undue influence
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
Jennifer is known for her calm and measured approach, combining strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of the personal and emotional pressures that often arise in disputes of this nature.
