Experience

George joined Judge & Priestley in 2022 as a Paralegal before beginning his training contract later that year. He qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024, having completed his legal studies with a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course, following a BA (Hons) in History.

George advises clients on a broad range of commercial property and development transactions. His work covers acquisitions, disposals and financing matters, with particular expertise in:

• Option Agreements and Conditional Contracts
• Planning Agreements
• Purchase and Sale of Development Property
• Development Financing and Refinancing
• Auction Sales and Acquisitions

Outside of work

George enjoys reading non-fiction, especially the ascetical writings of John Moschus, including The Spiritual Meadow, and travel literature such as William Dalrymple’s From the Holy Mountain. He is also an avid photographer and enjoys working with 35mm film.
