Daniela Koceva

Experience

• Daniela holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First Class Honours from the Open University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law with distinction. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020 and brings five years’ post-qualification experience to the team. Prior to joining Credit Solutions Litigation, she practised exclusively as a Private Client solicitor, advising on estate administration and matters arising following death.
• This background gives Daniela a strong foundation for her current role supporting the recovery of deceased debtor claims. She has extensive experience dealing with executors and personal representatives, reviewing estate assets and liabilities, and navigating probate processes and timelines. Daniela applies this knowledge to help clients pursue outstanding debts efficiently and sensitively, ensuring claims are progressed in accordance with estate administration rules and legal priorities.
• Daniela is also an accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly), reflecting her expertise in working with estates and vulnerable circumstances.

Outside of work

Daniela enjoys taking her Maltese dog, Coco, for walks and watching TV series, particularly The Traitors. She also enjoys cross-stitching and is currently attempting to learn drawing and sketching.
