Charlotte Nutbeam

Charlotte joined Judge & Priestley in January 2023 as Talent Acquisition Business Partner within the People & Culture team.

Experience

Charlotte has over a decade of recruitment and talent acquisition experience across both the private and public sectors. She has built her career within specialist recruitment, supporting organisations across professional services, legal, public sector and consultancy environments.

Prior to joining J&P, Charlotte held senior recruitment consultancy roles and founded her own recruitment business, advising clients on strategic hiring, compliance and market insight.

At J&P, Charlotte leads the firm’s talent acquisition function across all offices, working closely with Partners and senior leadership on recruitment strategy, workforce planning and onboarding. She also oversees early talent programmes, employer branding and salary benchmarking, helping to ensure a consistent, fair and data-driven approach to hiring.

Outside of work

Charlotte enjoys travelling, trying out new recipes and spending time with her family and friends.
