Cristiana Ion Popescu

Cristiana joined Judge & Priestley in June 2025 as a Solicitor in the Leasehold Enfranchisement team. She qualified as a Solicitor in June 2023.

Experience

Cristiana holds a BA (Hons) in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course. She has over seven years’ experience in residential property law, advising on a broad range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

She also has over two years’ experience specialising in leasehold enfranchisement, advising clients on both statutory and non-statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement claims, informal freehold acquisitions, rights of first refusal and right to manage claims.

Outside of work

Cristiana enjoys travelling and has visited more than 60 countries. When at home, she enjoys long walks in nature, watching documentaries and spending time with her family and friends.
