Clare joined Judge & Priestley in October 2023 as People and Culture Director, leading the firm’s People and Culture function.

Experience

Clare brings over 35 years’ experience in human resources, having worked across a diverse range of sectors including engineering, advertising and media, and the legal profession.

She specialises in developing and implementing people and culture strategies that support business objectives while fostering positive and high-performing workplace environments. Clare is a generalist HR leader with a particular passion for evolving workplace cultures that maximise engagement, productivity and long-term success for both people and the business.

Outside of work

Clare enjoys immersing herself in Spanish culture and keeping active through pickleball, padel and swimming. She also enjoys fair-weather gardening.
