Angela Amponsah

Angela joined Judge & Priestley in July 2020 and is a Partner in the Family Department.

Experience

Angela has had experience working with Leading City & West End Law Firms as well as having over 10 years working in the public sector within a Local Authority’s litigation department.

Angela now specialises in family law matters including divorce and separation, financial settlement, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and has a particular focus on unmarried couples dealing with cohabitation agreements, cohabitation separation agreements, and disputes which arise under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act (TOLATA). 

Given her background experience with over 20 years as a commercial and general litigator, Angela lends her litigious flair to her cases. She also promotes dispute resolution options with sensitivity and insight that cuts through the distressing circumstances that her clients find themselves in.  Clients have commended Angela for her attention to detail and her ability to identify critical issues which arise with candour and professionalism.
