Judge & Priestley Solicitors held a practical workshop focusing on Leasehold and Debt Recovery issues on 29 June 2016 at the Glaziers Hall in London.

It was attended by 80 delegates consisting of both existing clients and prospective clients from London and South East.

The aim of the event was to bring together key decision makers, senior professionals and key officers from Local Authorities, private and social landlords, Property Management Companies and Registered Housing Providers. 

The event covered service charge debt recovery, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions, Breach of Lease including Common Breaches and How to Tackle Them Effectively and Shared Ownership Leases and Rent Arrears.
