2025 Gender Pay Gap Report for J&P

26 March 2026 2 mins read time

As our employee headcount has grown in recent years, we now exceed the minimum threshold of 250 employees, which requires organisations to prepare and submit an annual gender pay gap report.

You can read our full J&P Gender Pay Gap here to understand the factors influencing our results.  We are pleased to note that our pay gap is very small compared with the national average (Office for National Statistics October 2025), and lower still when compared with the average gap within our sector. The main driver of our gender pay gap is the higher proportion of male employees in the upper pay quartiles and a higher proportion of female employees in the lower quartiles.

Through the work of our active DEI Committee, we continue to make meaningful progress on initiatives that promote fairness, equality, and opportunity across the organisation. We look forward to building on these people‑first initiatives and driving further positive change for all.
