Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support firm-wide marketing. 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will take full responsibility for the web and social media presence for our Debt Recovery and Insurance departments
  • Play a pivotal role in the production of tender proposals
  • Assist in the creation of a wide range of marketing materials and complete a range of administration and reporting tasks 
  • Work in a team of three supporting the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director on firm-wide marketing activities, assisting in projects
  • Take responsibility for your own regular tasks, some of which will be admin-based (ie creating reports) and others which will be creative (ie creating engaging content for mailers)
  •  Facilitate the growth of organic search through SEO optimisation and devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company   website utilising a range of techniques including paid search and SEO 

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Either a degree or other qualification in marketing, or else a business-related or law degree

Experience

  • At least a year’s experience of working in a professional services firm with hands-on exposure to digital marketing activity

Skills and Abilities

  • Creative
  • Ability to use a digital Content Management System, such as Wordpress
  • Able to generate social media campaigns
  • Manage HTML e-mail campaigns
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • An understanding of the basic requirements of the Data Protection Act
  • Experience using email management system such as Dotmailer
  • Exposure to Google analytics and paid for advertising campaigns
  • Experience of the Debt Recovery and Insurance sectors would be useful but is not essential

  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail
  • You particularly enjoy writing audience-specific marketing material and have the confidence to proof-read your own work
  • Taking responsibility for a number of external marketing messages
  • Comfortable and happy to undertake a range of administrative and support tasks for which you’ll take full responsibility

Insurance Claims Handlers x 3 - Credit Solutions

We are looking for 2/3 Claims Handlers to join the Insurance Instructions Team on a full time basis. To effectively and efficiently administer new instructions relating to road traffic accidents, with the aim of recovering money for insurer clients and meeting and preferably exceeding individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

To action new instructions received from clients, including:

  • Appropriate and timely recording of case details on the relevant case management system
  • Issuing of standard documentation to gather information from all relevant parties to the accident
  • Using departmental guidelines to assess whether court proceedings should be issued for each case
  • To build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients
  • To communicate effectively with all parties e.g. policy holders, third parties, third party insurers,  bailiffs, sheriffs & tracing agents, both on the telephone and in person
  • Review incoming post and prioritise accordingly
  • Effectively manage and process high volumes of telephone calls
  • Produce non-standard written correspondence to a high standard
  • To deal swiftly with client complaints in line with the departmental standards and the firm’s complaints procedure
  • To adhere to company standards, policies and procedures at all times
  • To contribute positively to departmental and firm-wide activities
  • To undertake relevant training as required

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE standard  grade A-C in Mathematics and English (or equivalent)

Experience

  • Customer Service experience (desirable)

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of case management systems (desirable)
  • An understanding and knowledge of court procedures or an ability to be trained to the above requirements
