Q. I believe I have a strong claim but unfortunately do not think that I can afford the costs of bringing a claim in Court. What can I do?
A. There are now a number of ways that a claim can be funded. In these circumstances it is possible that the claim could be funded under what is known as a Conditional Fee Agreement. This is often referred to as a “no win - no fee” agreement. It may also be possible to take out a policy of insurance to cover the possibility that your claim may fail and you will have to meet your opponent's costs. It is often the case that the costs of that premium can be deferred until the end of the case. We will provide for details regarding costs and funding in the outset of any case.
