Neil specialises in Company/Commercial Work.

Neil is a Partner at J&P and advises Companies, Partnerships and Sole Traders on a wide range of company and commercial agreements.  Neil holds degrees in business and law from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) and an LLB from the University of London.

Neil’s practical commercial approach arises from his years in commerce. He was Head of Corporate Law for a major South African mining conglomerate and thereafter ran a small cap company in the parking and security industry for a number of years before emigrating to England in 2000.

Neil has both contentious and non-contentious experience in England, having previously being employed at an award-winning niche insurance practice. He joined Judge & Priestley in July 2007.
