Madelaine is an experienced residential conveyancer, dealing with all types of residential sales and purchases, acting for individuals who are remortgaging their properties and also dealing with transfers of equity and lease extensions. Madelaine also enjoys development work and her clients include a small property development company. Much of Madelaine’s work is repeat business with satisfied clients returning to repeat their conveyancing experience.

Madelaine studied law at the University of Kent at Canterbury. She qualified in 1999 and joined Judge & Priestley’s conveyancing team in April 2008 following the merger of Wallis and Co where she was also a partner.

Madelaine is a keen horsewoman and has her own horse. Her spare time is taken up with this activity and when she is feeling brave (and her horse is feeling cooperative) she attends local shows and tries hard to improve her dressage marks.
