Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and became a Partner at Judge & Priestley in 1993. His experience covers a wide variety of cases including commercial disputes, property disputes and professional negligence claims.

Mark has particular expertise in working with landlords, especially public sector landlords on leasehold disputes, service charges and cases in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and Land Tribunal.

He is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.

Mark maintains strong links with the local community through his work as a Trustee of 2 local charities - C.A.N.S. Trust (Citizen’s Advice Notes Service) and Bromley Mytime.  He is also a School Governor.
